Gift of Nostalgia on A Birthday

Hello Aunty,

Wanna say I miss yu
Miss spending tyme with yu

I miss the food yu cooked
And good, my world looked

The mother in you scolded, pampered and cared me
Can’t forget seeing you making Easter eggs for me

It still remains nostalgic
Missing you is nothing but tragic

Yur chicken curry and Kori Roti I cudn't forget the taste
It was my first and and till date the very best

I crave for those crab curry and Manglorean Chicken
Crave and miss more the Karela ka Bhel from your kitchen

It was delicious and yumm
As memories flooding come

Only yu can make it best
For east or west
Aunty yu are the best!

Wish yu a very happy burthday Collen Aunty

Still There is Hope

The security wall is breached
I'm running out of resources and time
The world around me crumbling like a pack of cards
All that I had built is ruined down to ashes
I need a miracle but guess what
Miracles don't happen

Man Who Travelled Enough

Having put enough people in the same place,
and it won’t be too long before one of ‘em goes.

Taking a long time for a body to be consumed hours n hours
for the mourners to remember they are dead.

The fire lit at dawn and by sunset there is nothing left but ash.

Is it our friend we are grieving for whose life we knew so little,
or is it our own loss that we are mourning?

He never knew that he cant b coming back that day perhaps
they still lurk the sense of his footsteps.

We just haven't traveled far enough that we cud allow more tears to fall.

To be shared

There was once a toy maker. He had many toys with him. Each of them had something special and wonderful in them. Something not found in anyone. Some laughed, some danced, some wrote, some just added a spark to the lot. But all of them were special and unique in the own special way. But one day, one of them made a mistake. Grave, was what the Toymaker felt. But the toys begged to differ, after all, all of us make mistakes. What would we get to learn if there weren't any mistakes? But the toymaker didn't seem to think that way. He just threw that toy out forever. He could have just oiled it, or given it to the mechanics shop. But he didn't. He had a choice. We all have. There's always a better way, it may be a bit longer and difficult to tread, but it does make sense, if not now, maybe sooner or later it would. I wonder why people fail to see that. Thank God, I guess I am not one of them.
